I love nature! I love the outdoors. I love being under the sky and
surrounded by all the beautiful creations and "miracles" which nature
is so full of. I want to make sure that we don't disturb the balance of
the beautiful earth we are on which is becoming more and more likely as
the human population growth is exploding. I think we can all do a
little to help conserve. If you feel like I do you, I would love for
you to join my Cafe Mom Group Green Earth Green Home and I would really love for you to participate in Earth Hour today!
According
to WWF, "On Earth Hour hundreds of millions of people around the world
will come together to call for action on climate change by doing
something quite simple—turning off their lights for one hour. The
movement symbolizes that by working together, each of us can make a
positive impact in this fight, protecting our future and that of future
generations."
Since its inception three years ago, Earth
Hour’s non-partisan approach has captured the world’s imagination and
became a global phenomenon. Nearly one billion people turned out for
Earth Hour 2009 – involving 4,100 cities in 87 countries on seven
continents.
On Saturday, March 27, 2010 at 8:30 p.m. local time, Earth Hour will once again cascade around the globe. Parents, please show your kids how they can make a difference at http://www.earthhourkids.org
