I like steaming food, so I like steamers. This is the healthiest way to make healthy food. There are any choices of steamers on the market from electric ones to handmade bamboo ones. If you cook white rice often, you can find a rice cooker with 2 tiers – one for rice, one for steaming.
My favorite type of steamers is handmade bamboo steamers. I have 2 of those and I always stack them together for energy saving purposes if I need. Same amount of energy and time cooks double amount of the food. These steamers keep food with original taste and nutrients.
